'Room was clean. Only issue was an extra deposit even though I was only there for 4 hours. Just quick nap after driving from Savannah for flight after late start. Didn’t get to enjoy anything else. Area was questionable but property seemed secure. '

'This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Not only was it dirty but there were bugs in the room and not just in the bathroom but on every surface and even in the bed. There was dirt on the pillowcase and covers. Outside were a lot of unsavory people. When I returned to the place last evening around 8 pm there were two police SUVs on property and the officers were inside the front office. 'The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!'

'Excellent greating by the valet, the young man with longer hair was great. The check in process was easy. The two women at front desk were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. The only issues...WI-FI spotty so smart tvs buffered, there was loud banging near my room on 17th floor. Otherwise, the stay was good overall. '

'I was so tired I just wanted to rest. I would have appreciated it if they had asked me if the noise bothered me or not! A train was passing by constantly; it was as if the blessed train was inside the room. I asked them to park my car, but they wouldn't accept my credit card. They made me scan a system that didn't work day or night! Now I'm having nightmares about that train. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, not in this life, not in the next.'
