'We tried to stay here, the host asked for payment off platform after I had paid a deposit through VRBO. After I didn't pay off platform they cancelled the booking. I have requested a refund and they have not replied in any way. Do not book with this group. '

'The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

"La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses, mais la propreté général laissait vraiment à désirer. Un des essuies était sale, la moquette n’était pas impeccable, et le support de papier toilette ainsi que le porte-serviettes étaient rouillés et mal fixés. Le tuyau de douche laissait échapper des saletés noires et, surtout, le mitigeur était cassé, ce qui nous a empêchés de prendre une douche chaude. La tringle à rideau était également mal fixée avec du papier collant. Pour ce qui est du confort, le lit était assez petit pour deux bien que nous ne soyons pas très grandes/larges, et nous sentions les ressorts du matelas. Nous en avons informé le personnel, qui nous a assuré que cela serait pris en compte; j’espère que ce sera réglé pour les prochains visiteurs. Par ailleurs, la propreté des parties communes n’était pas meilleure: une moquette tachée et qui n’avait manifestement pas été aspirée."
