'The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. '

Lo que no me gustó fue que las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y el baño compartido no tenía jabón en las duchas, había el dispensador pero nada dentro. Otro hecho que no me gustó fue que había una señora en la sala de estar sacándole piojos a su hijo. Por lo demás todo bien. '

Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado.'

'Siempre volvemos. Un 9 para nosotros, y a nuestros hijos les encanta. Para ser un 10 tendrían que poner alguna sala para los niños pequeños. Sería un punto muy a favor para convertirse en un hotel family friendly. En los hoteles de montaña se agradece en invierno que haya opciones así.'

'Supervriendelijk, goed ontbijt in mooie dakruimte, prachtige kamers die zich op de 1ste verdieping bevinden boven de stationshal. Van de treinen heb je geen last, daar het een begin/eindpunt betreft! Het mooie centrum bevind zich op ongeveer 200 meter recht voor je. Traplopen of met lift naar boven (centrum). We komen vast nog eens terug!'

'A beautiful place to relax and unwind in the mountains. Situated in the charming old part of town with good restaurant and bar choices. The hotel grounds are lovely with lots of space to relax under the trees for meals or drinks. '

The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'
