'There was only a refrigerator in the room and microwave. The staff was extremely nice. Although the place has some age to it, it was clean'

'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'Will neverstay here again. Room was not very clean, Staff very unhelpful. Tvs only worked 1/2 the time. Other guest very loud throughout the night, including Tvs blaring all night long, guest fighting in the hallways in the middle of the night for well over an hour. Children running up and down the hallway at very early in the morning. '

'Our lakeside luxury room was beautiful and cozy. The staff and food in the restaurant were amazing. The bartender (Eli) and our server (Hope) were top notch. We will definitely be back.'
