'Pool freezing & hike up a driveway. Grassy area was dead (picnic table under shady trees could’ve been great idea). Huge gap under door in room (bugs!). Very noisy on room closest to road (but ADA parking spot in front). No side table on 1 side of bed. Terrible lighting (lack of). Furniture placement not efficient. Bathroom very hot (even when room is cool). Not real sure about the choice in window coverings (?). TV and/or remote difficult to figure out. + Bed comfy + Decent $ + Gave...

'The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country!'

'When we go to Sutter Creek we usually stay at the hotel Sutter and have enjoyed it. This trip however did't go near as well. Check in was fine, but the girl was a bit confused on some items, such as, that in the morning there would be muffins and things and coffee starting at 6am - didn't happen. As we were settling into our room a cockroach ran across the carpet (I did tell front desk). Wasn't clear where the ice machine was, but eventually found it. We didn't realize we were put in the room...

'While the property was clean, when we arrived and checked into the room, our room was so hot, you’d think, since they knew they were having people stay in this room, they’d turn on the air, but no. We had to turn on the air and leave for awhile. Thankfully, it cooled, but not a great start. And if your a person, like myself and my family, we don’t like to wake up to a bright room- the curtains were so thin, the room was so bright, we couldn’t sleep. So, definitely will not be returning.'

'We needed a room with ashower instead of a tub as my dad is handicap. We didn't specify that when we first checked in but the front desk was very helpful and switched rooms to accommodate my dad's need. Thank you very much.'

'We stayed at The Kiota Inn for five nights. We enjoyed our time there. Breakfasts were nice with plenty items to choose from and great conversations with Rosie about local events/sights. She is a great ambassador for all things local! We felt very comfortable as the staff members were kind. courteous and personable. The property was clean and well maintained. We also dined at The Finch one evening. Hannah, our hostess, was very pleasant. The location was convenient. We will definitely stay there...
