'Brand new appartement, all looked great, new and clean. Very much above our expectations. The only thing we did not like were the limited options for food & beverages at the pool and the pool water was quite cold. Very nice and helpful staff everywhere! '

'The room.is listed as the paradise suites. That hotel is on the beach and is very nice. The place that was actually booked was the 3 sisters plaza. No amenities. In the heart of the ghetto. Dogs barked all night and a piece of metal roofing slammed all night. Worst experience we have ever had with expedia booking. It wasn A hotel. Its a business plaza the post office is downstairs. No phone no tv our view was a huge pile of trash where a buildingused to be. '

'We had the best 4 night stay. The staff was great. The hotel was clean and safe, beds very comfy. The dock and beach area were very inviting. There are several bars and restaurants close by but not so close that you could hear them. The breakfast menu had lots of options and the cook fantastic. The heart of Caye Caulker was a short walk. This hotel offered everything in a quiet area of town. Highly recommend. '
