'Brand new appartement, all looked great, new and clean. Very much above our expectations. The only thing we did not like were the limited options for food & beverages at the pool and the pool water was quite cold. Very nice and helpful staff everywhere! '

'Checked in, met the staff (who were fantastic), met the mosquitoes (who were even more numerous), and checked out. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the room had all the basics. Unfortunately, it also came with what felt like an all-inclusive mosquito experience. After an island-wide power outage and a losing battle with the local mosquito community, we decided our vacation could be better spent elsewhere. Five stars for the staff. 'This one bedroom was directly over the beach area and the smell of the sargassum took over! It also needs to be updated! Older property on the island. The unit was very basic. Definitely call ahead of time to see what unit you’re paying for. When it rained the ceiling in the bedroom started to leak but they did refund me for that night. That was my last night in that unit. The kitchen had what they called, “crazy ants.” That really bothered me! They did come and spray and put some ant trap down…...

'Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful, including calling a golf cart rental company and having the cart delivered to the hotel. The location was excellent as it was an easy walk to the main area of shops and restaurants, but far enough to be away from the noise. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Will definitely stay there again if we visit again.'
