'Brand new appartement, all looked great, new and clean. Very much above our expectations. The only thing we did not like were the limited options for food & beverages at the pool and the pool water was quite cold. Very nice and helpful staff everywhere! '

'We stayed for 17 nights and really enjoyed calling the room our home. The ac worked great the bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was also quite nice. The staff was very accommodating and location is perfect. They were doing some work as other have said but it didnt bother us because we knew they were just working on making the place better and we plan on staying there again '

'A wonderful stay for our family of 4 in a two bedroom apartment. Upstairs the bedrooms and a full bath with shampoo, etc., and hairdryer, and downstairs a full living room and kitchen (with enough coffee to get us started :)). Two supermarkets and two restaurants right nearby and a bunch are about a 15-20 minute down the road. Nice to be out of San Pedro itself, which was crazy busy. Staff here was wonderful and helpful, and owners Peter and Michelle are kind, interesting, and really hands on....

It had everything we needed including dishes, a 5gal jug of water and plenty of complementary coffee ☕️ The staff, (Greg, owner and Ariel) were very helpful in giving us great recommendations on where to eat. The location itself was perfect 👌 it was super peaceful located beach front. I will definitely be back!! '

'First of the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating, their communication was next level (shout out to Tais, who even decorated my daughter’s bedroom when she found out it was her birthday!) My view was amazing (obviously I booked an oceanview, beachfront room) steps from the beach. There’s an on site restaurant which is convenient (though don’t choose menu online as inaccurate as we’re open/close times) as well as another right next door. There is a *great* coffee/breakfast/grocery...

'The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....
