'Property was nice, clean and easy to get to. Bikes were provided which made it easy to get around the island.The dock was very relaxing but you can not swim from it. 'Ed.and Lynn are gracious hosts, who operate this cool little property that's somewhat off the beaten track, and off the grid. And that is both the good and not so good. If you take this property for what it is it is great. Ed and Lynn operate these cabanas with a loving hand. The cabanas are smallish, but up- to-date, clean and neat, and comfortable. The feel is very much like a well above average maintained motel suite. Their on site convenience store carries all the basics you might need...

'Nice location, quiet but easily within bike distance to everything. Wonderful cottage with great amenities and comfortable AC. We loved the very well maintained pool. This will be are choice on the next time to Caye Caulker.'

'As mentioned by others, the property is fairly far from the center of the action, but at times this could be a good thing. A golf cart or bikes are suggested. Due to the proximity of the 4 units, privacy was not at a premium. The property was clean, had lots of storage space and towels and the manager was extremely responsive to any requests. Would stay here again.'

'We have stayed here twice now. The location is great for families with kids. The cottages are in a quiet yet convenient part of the island. The pool is a favorite of our grandkids. We had everything we needed to enjoy Caye Caulker. The kitchen was well appointed but the street food is so delish and reasonably priced who needs to cook? We will be back in the future.'

Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company.
