'Excellent location on the north island of Caye caulker. The suite was clean and sufficiently equipped. The local manager and the concierge were very helpful once we arrived (contact numbers are in the suite). Pool was great and dock was very handy. No swimming near the suite. The check in was easy. Overall, excellent experience. '

'We enjoyed the property. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the dock and water so peaceful. We used the bikes to get to the southern island and to explore the northern island. We stayed just 3 days and were active on the water, with the bikes or in the village all day and crashing at night so the setting was good for us. 'This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind. 'We rented all four cottages for a family vacation. The accommodations were great. The walk was a little far some days but bikes are available for rent. Michael responded promptly to my emails. The setup worked well for our family of 16. '

'Beautiful location, Welcoming and friendly people, highly recommend!! Be prepared for the long drive from San Pedro. It is a bit longer than advertised. That said the secluded location is worth the ride. Daniel, Henry and Isis are the best staff and accommodate your every need. We will be back!'
