'Hotel, lobby and bar very beautiful antique decor. Loved the mini aquarium in the lobby and jacuzzi room was quite comfortable. Only dislike was the breakfast, very nice set up, however food was bland, and tasteless...left with coffee and banana. May stay again, definitely getting breakfast elsewhere'

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'King room was fine. Bed was comfortable, barely heard any of the other guests. The doors to the room and bathroom could use a paint job. And the cleaning/disinfectant smell lingered very long. You had to ask for a linen and room refresh however it never happened during our 3 night stay. Lastly, the TV is on it's way out. The picture was horrible, no amount of playing with the setting worked. Overall it's an ok place that is clean and offers breakfast.'

'I want to be clear: this place is the worst, except for the hot tub. They didn't have room slippers, their internet was down, and the front desk refused to do anything about it. Rooms are advertised as rooms and as non-smoking rooms; in reality, the entire property is a no-smoking zone. No water bottles in the room, no extra water bottles anywhere in the hotel, apparently. Thoroughly unejoyable except for the tub which was great so if you have money do it'

'This hotel was fine/comfortable for sleeping, but it definitely had some odd things. I was there for 5 night a a dirty laundry bin was outside my room for 5 days. After two nights I called the front desk to ask if they did daily housekeeping and was told "yes" but my room hadn't been touched after 3 days. I called the front-desk inquired and then it was fine after that. The floor I was on had multiple hallway carpet tiles peeling up, and the floor in my room had many stains. The furnishings in...
