'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned?? I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back! Very bad! Hotel so big and my room was ready, but you only get the key at 16:00… Pffft…'

'Great service and comfortable rooms, absolutely recommended. We had this hotel booked for our first day in Japan, when you leave the next day, there's an airport shuttle bus. '

'Owner was very kind and helpful.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is super clean and appears to be newly renovated. The shower is not spacious but very comfortable with strong water flow. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful. We stayed for one night before our morning flight and it fits this purpose really well.'

'location is good With sauna'

'Perfect location. Breakfast can be improved. '
