"I stayed at the East Norwich Inn for a week last August while taking my daughter to the local University. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and is also an excellent starting point for trips to New York City and Long Island. Highly recommended and I have booked another stay for the fall."

"We were first pretty comfortable with the decision we have made they given us a smoking room and my wife is pregnant whilst we made that clear some discreet things happen in our hall including a man knocking on our hotel door while I was away for 2 minutes asking my wife if she was “available”. This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always clean our room where we sometimes would come back to used towels. "

Uitstraling van 5 sterren, service en faciliteiten minder dan 2 Sterren. Niet te veel verwachten dan valt het misschien mee."
