'Didn't use any ancillary services. Although, online when I made the reservation, they said breakfast was included but when we arrived, we learned that it was not and they wanted everyone to wear amusement style plastic bracelets to determine which guests paid for breakfast and which ones did not. We passed on paying for breakfast and found a few other places that I would argue are much better!'

'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '

'Clean rooms and restaurants, staff is super friendly and helpful on the resort, beach view is iffy and the rooms are far away from the actual beach, weird and gross bathtub on the balcony 😳
Be ready to say no thank you a lot bc while it is AI -- they try to upsell you in all areas : food, massage, stores, etc. It gets quite stressful at times bc they continuously are asking for more money whilw there outside of gratuity.
Beautiful and relaxing place but far from Cabo so be ready to pay for...

'The hotel room was about 100 years old. Has not been updated or renovated in what looks like centuries. Broken shower head, broken faucets, the water came out brown in the tap until flushed out. They “upgraded” us to a jacuzzi suite- but the jacuzzi was filled with moths and didn’t look like it had been cleaned or used for several months. The food was mediocre at best and the service was unbelievably slow. All in all, I was thankful that we only stayed for two nights and not an entire week. '
