The property is centrally located and staff were very helpful. However, the room we were given did not resemble the photo at all. We had 8-10 stairs to drag our suitcases up, the towels were thread bare and they charged us for a 2nd towel, and the room was poorly lit with no soap or tissue.

Erstklassig gelegenes Haus direkt an der Gracht. Einchecken war etwas umständlich, aber freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Amsterdam ist gut.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we appreciate it and we love that you had a great stay with us. Surely it was just a moment that nobody was at the reception and not permanently. Please be informed that only one person is working per shift so it could totally be that somebody is up stairs helping another guest or in the back office doing administration. If you ring the bell at the reception, somebody will always come and help you with any questions you may have. Kind regards

Great location just a few blocks from train station with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Fully equipped in room kitchen. Comfy bed/pillows. Elevator. Friendly helpful staff.

Cozy rooms, average service
The hotel is near the central station. The room is cozy with a kitchen in it, so guest could cook in the room during the stay. However, service is just average, the concierge opens only from 07:00-19:30 (if I remember it correctly), so there is no 24/7 front desk service. Also, I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights but there was no housekeeping service during the period.

Aceptable sin más(por ubicación e instalaciones)
Hotel aceptable. Muy buena ubicación(lo mejor sin duda). Habitación confortable, no muy buena limpieza(restos de comida pegados a la mesa de los clientes anteriores). Dos noches de estancia y no se pasaron ni por la habitación a rellenar los productos de higiene personal( gel de ducha, champú, papel higiénico)...dejaron para dos personas solamente 1 de cada al principio de la estancia...

Rigtig god placering. Gå afstand til shopping gode restauranter. Du får ikke så meget for prisen, men et fint værelse alt i alt og venligt personale. Jeg bor gerne her igen

Lovely room , good location
Pre-checkin - confirmation email says to call hotel directly about checkin time. Why cant hotel ask us to indicate checkin time when booking the room, but to make us customers incur IDD phone charges to call them? Fortunately Hotel.com staff was kind enough to help me make the call. Room - we were blessed with a lovely attic room with high ceiling. Kitchenette was self-sufficient, great for pple who would like to cook during the stay. Fantastic room. Thankful it has elevator. Disappointed we got 2 twin beds instead of a double bed we had requested for. Location - near Centraal, less than 10mins walk.
