'We had a wonderful stay at Butler Beach. The house is well appointed, beautiful backyard, beautiful pool, and close to the beach! We so enjoyed investigating Saint Augustine. Thank you for having us. We will be back!'

'We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. '

'The condo was very close to the beach and provided convenient access to many excursion locations in St. Augustine (via car). The unit was nicely updated and provided great value for the price. AC worked great and washer/dryer in the unit was very helpful. The addition of 1 free ticket per excursion per day via Explorie was a nice add (though a little confusing on how to use at first). Things that would be helpful for other travelers... It is right on A1A and bedrooms are on that side of the...

'Newly remodeled, clean, comfortable with all the amenities. Close to town/marina. Very comfortable for a couple.'
