'We really enjoyed our stay in the suite at Elia Palatino. Reception is in a sister hotel a couple doors down and it is staffed 24 hours which was great. We were able to safely store our luggage until our room was ready, and we could pop in at any point to ask questions or get help with anything. The room itself was nicely appointed and the balcony views of the harbor were beautiful. My only complaint is that we went to use the wine glasses and discovered they were dirty and unwashed. 'Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too.'
