'A great place to stay for Belleayre for a small family or two couples. Shower is great and TVs in all rooms is a plus with Netflix and good Wi-Fi. Close to Margaretville town center and kitchen is pretty well stocked and clean. I would stay there again.'

'We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area.'

'We’ve stayed here twice now and would absolutely stay again. It’s a perfect cabin for our skiing getaway! The hot tub is great after skiing all day and the house had everything we needed for our stay. I especially loved that there were plenty of beds, a full bath on each floor, and comfy throw blankets. Staying here is so easy with our dog as well and we love any place that welcomes our pets as willingly as the owners here do. The house is full of charm, nicely decorated, and I would recommend...

'The place was as advertised and more. They had everything needed for a relaxing and quiet stay. They have managed to incorporate multiple activities in one place. The outside jacuzzi, the fire pit area, the hammock area, the picnic table area, the back porch with grill area and the inside TV area with movies. We loved our stay. We recommend to all.'

'Definitely enjoyed my stay at the Lorca. It was clean, neat and tidy and was close to Belleayre. Peakamoose restaurant served an amazing dinner apres ski. Available grill and firepit provided a perfect getaway long weekend for us.'

'Beautiful home and lake, better than the pictures. Communication with host was great. There were some sort of birds caged in the neighbors yard behind that made VERY loud noises throughout the day/night. Also there was no propane for the grill but the kitchen was fully stocked so not an issue for us!'

'Rented the house for a group of 9 (all adults over 21) and my dog to do some hiking at Minnewaska State Park and it didn't disappoint. There was plenty of room for everyone. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.'

'Great hosts,communication was very easy. Russell even reached out to me by phone to update me on getting there and checking in. House had many amenities and felt super cozy. The beds were so comfortable not to mention the joy we had from soaking in the hot tub & just enjoying the amazing views of the mountains. On our last night there we saw many stars & enjoyed the afternoon roasted smores. It was the most relaxing & exhilarating experience I had for my birthday.Definitely recommend!!'

'one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.'
