'Here’s a warm, personal review that incorporates everything you wanted to say:We truly enjoyed our stay! We were in town because our daughter was competing in the USA Special Olympics Games, where she proudly brought home a silver medal. After long, exciting days at the competition, it was such a blessing to come back each evening to a home that was so welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing. The décor was beautiful and made it feel like a true home away from home.Everything was just as described,...

'Great! Recommend for 3 people. Also great communication.'

'Everything was as represented and also true to all of the excellent reviews. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! The coffee service was well stocked. The kitchen had new appliances. The location was very convenient to the University of Minnesota, shopping, restaurants, activities, everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood was older homes but appeared safe and was quiet except for an occasional loud vehicle passing. Parking was adequate. Beth communicated well with me and investigated a...

'Stayed the weekend with three of my granddaughters, because we were going to a musical in minneapolis. It was absolutely adorable and clean. We loved it'

'House was nice, but there was a lot of centipedes around the house'

'This was an incredible rental! Minneapolis vibes, walkable and great access to the river walking/running/bike path. The host was amazing, the sauna was so, so good. Very comfortable to hang out and play cards and do puzzles at the window and watch the bikes cruise by. Cozy backyard. 10/10 would recommend.'

'I house was so clean and the kitchen well stocked. There were even wine glasses and two dishwashers. I had 2 phone numbers for the hosts so arrival was smooth. The house had plenty of room and was well lit at night. All very nice. Love to stay there again.'

'Sanctuary at Rum River was perfect for our large family get-together. All of the house was clean. Beds were very comfortable (even the bunk beds) bathrooms were well appointed. Kitchen was GREAT...nice to have everything labeled on the cabinets, and have plenty of dishware, glasses, coffee cups, and silverware. Good assortment of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Awesome to have the washer and dryer available. Theatre room in the basement was a great bonus. As well as having the garage...

'Very good location. Close to the highway, restaurants, and grocery store. Neighbors were very friendly. It is on a busy street though. Kitchen was basically unusable for cooking. No counter space. No ice upon arrival in the freezer. Bathroom severely needs an update. The pedestal sink is pretty but not practical. No place to put your toothbrush and toothpaste. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning units were incredibly loud. It was really difficult to sleep with them on and we had many...

'Our stay was wonderful---quaint, modern-rustic and very comfortable. We loved being able to walk across the parking lot to the rooftop bar.'
