'Clean, quiet, private home. Had everything we needed and then some. Loved the deck and back yard area. Address was a little hard to find at first but we figured it out. The door is a little hard to lock, gotta hold it just right while you type in the code. Would love a curtain added to the kitchen window. Will definitely be checking this homes availability the next time we’re in town!'

'Extremely clean beautiful home. Very comfortable climate controlled rooms. The oversized covered balcony was the highlight and accommodated our extended family perfectly for morning coffee and other meals. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly! Communication with the host was extremely easy and prompt. The property was in perfect proximity to all of the activities we wanted to do and sights we wanted to see along the North Shore as well as in the city of Duluth.'

'Very clean and spacious for 4 women on an extended weekend getaway. Excellent location downtown with really good views of the bay. Easy walking to so many fun restaurants and shops. A fun hike out to Artists Point.'

'House had a damaged front step that one of the guest almost fell on, there was a busted railing in the home and the railing on the deck also was missing screws. Basic cleaning/ dusting was very much needed. Host was not one that was able to be contacted when a email was sent to her.'

'Rented this out for a fishing trip with friends, all of the beds worked out great for everyone to have somewhere to sleep. Was clean and tidy when we showed up. The fire pit by the lake was a perfect way to end the day. The dock was convenient to tie our boat up during the day. Would definitely stay here again!'
