'Wij wilden graag dicht bij Jamestown zitten met een Mc Donalds in de buurt. Dus kwamen we hier uit in Angels Camp. Het hotel ziet er een beetje oud uit. De kamer was wel schoon en de bedden ook.Het bed is comfortabel en slaapt goed. Er was wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Lampjes stuk, lampekap van de plafoniere, stopcontact stuk. Al met al als je een nachtje hier wilt slapen is dit een prima hotel om te verblijven.'

'Highly recommend staying here with its central location in the downtown and nearby hiking and adventure sites. The room is fine for a couple, but somewhat long and narrow. The AC cooled the room well and was not in the bedroom which kept the noise down. Bed was comfortable. Strangely the front desk staff had a pattern of being distant or grumpy, but not that important an issue. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay after a late night concert at Ironstone in Murphys.'
