'Great life experience. House is legendary. Kurt is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues. Only thing I’d tell future visitors is this is a classic northern home without hvac and I’d have a fan for your room to sleep in if you like it cool. We opened windows and it worked just fine. 'This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there.
