This home is a restored older property. Due to its age and design, it may take a bit longer to heat or cool compared to newer homes. Additionally, seasonal bugs may occasionally appear if windows or doors are left open. We appreciate your understanding and your appreciation of the unique charm this home offers.
🛑 House Rules & Damage Policy
We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! To ensure the space is well-maintained for all guests, please review the following policies:

🚭 Smoking: A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the unit.
🔊 Noise & Extra Guests: A noise detector is installed. Unreported additional guests will result in a $30 charge per person.
🐶 Pets: A $300 cleaning fee applies for pets.
💤 Late Check-Out: A $50 fee per 30 minutes will be charged unless previously approved.
🛋️ Furniture: Please return any moved furniture to its original position.
💄 Towels & Linens:
$25 per towel damaged by makeup.
$100 fee for using sheets as makeup cloths (e.g., wiping makeup directly on bedding).
🍷 Breakage:
Glassware: $15 per item unless reported in advance.
Dishes: $50–$100 depending on replacement availability.
🗑️ Garbage: Please remove excess trash and place it in the garbage chute near the elevator before check-out.
We understand accidents happen! If something breaks, just let us know — we're often lenient when guests are upfront. However, unreported damages found during cleaning will result in charges.
