Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home through a secure keypad entry. A unique door code will be provided prior to arrival.

Please note that the garage and driveway are not available for guest parking.

Downtown Annapolis, Main Street, restaurants, coffee shops, local boutiques, breweries, and the waterfront are all just a short stroll away. Other Things to Note:

This is a historic home that is over 100 years old, and part of its character includes some original architectural features. Please use extra caution when using the staircase leading to the basement, as some steps are taller than modern staircases.



Please do not use the basement back door. It locks automatically from the outside and cannot be reopened once closed.



Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If smoking results in additional cleaning or odor remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible guest.



Pet Policy

Small pets (maximum 30 lbs) are welcome with prior approval and a $150 pet fee. Please supervise pets at all times, keep them leashed outside the property, clean up after them, and ensure the backyard gate remains securely closed.
