'What better place to read a biography of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings, than on this front porch? We loved the song birds and walking in the cemetery. The property was so close to downtown Micanopy, Payne's Prairie and Gainesville, that day trips were easy and relaxed. We had everything we needed and the house was clean and well tended. We hope to return.'

'We walked in an everything was dirty and never cleaned. A cleaning service came in a sprayed the place and left!!! No heat, coffee maker broken. Owner said he was going to refund us 250.00 for cleaning, NEVER DID. But they had the nerve to leave cleaning products at the door for ME to clean. Local representative was NOT real! She has another job and never did anything! She said, well I am at work and will call you later! Well nothing happened!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!'
