Casa Naranja is een prachtige rustige villa en is de perfecte plek voor een ontspannen korte termijn verhuur die volledig is uitgerust en volledig is gerenoveerd en ingericht in augustus 2018. Een complete buitenvernieuwing maart 2019. Alles wat u nodig zou kunnen hebben om uw verblijf compleet te maken.

Er zijn vier grote slaapkamers, allemaal comfortabel ingericht voor in totaal 8 volwassenen (veldbedden / kinderbedjes en kinderstoelen kunnen op verzoek worden gehuurd voor kinderen) Een uitzonderlijk grote familiebadkamer en een eigen badkamer bij de grote slaapkamer. De ruime woon / eetkamer heeft twee sets van openslaande deuren naar het verwarmde zwembad en buiten eethoek en is uitgerust met Britse tv-systeem, BBC1, ITV, C4, C5, Film4 etc, DVD, Wii-console en fantastische blue tooth muziek systeem. WiFi toegang. N. B er is een kleine wekelijkse vergoeding.
In de prachtige privé-tuinen is er een groot zwembad met nieuwe zonnewarmte, leisteen pooltafel, ligweide, eethoek, barbecue en dakterras met prachtig uitzicht over de golfbaan, de zee en de bergen. (NB het dakterras kan op verzoek worden ontgrendeld als er geen kinderen in de partij zijn vanwege de verzekering)

Super goed geregeld allemaal. Erg aardige ontvangst, we mochten zelfs eerder inchecken en later uitchecken. Peter kwam dezelfde middag nog een boekje van Fuerteventura brengen, zodat we alle belangrijke plekken van het eiland konden zien. Het weer was fantastisch en het zwembad een heerlijke afkoeling. Alles zag er schoon en prima uit. Een aanrader!!!!

Zwembad perfect. Meubilair enigszins gedateerd. Electriciteit viel bij gebruik 3 keuken apparaten nogal eens uit. Veel mooie messen in keukenlade maar allemaal heel bot. Bakpannen versleten. Maar verder goedmee kunnen redden

De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, bedden aan de oude kant, maar over het algemeen prima. Zwembad is redelijk groot, alleen de tegels rondom het zwembad veel te glad! Keuken voldoende compleet, badkamers prima. Tegelijk douchen ivm waterdruk niet mogelijk helaas. Het weer maakt een verblijf op Fuerteventura tot een aanrader, het landschap is dor en ruig.

Had a great time at Villa Naranja. Accommodation as described and outside area was lovely with plenty of space to relax. Small issue with the shower which was fixed within a few hours of contracting the manager. Would be very happy to return to this villa in the future when visiting Fuerteventura.

Wir haben das Haus, vorallem die Terrasse mit Pool sehr genossen. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Duschvorhang im 2. Bad, der nicht gut befestigt ist. Im Haus hängen 2 Überwachungskameras, die wir nicht in Ordnung fanden.

Just returned from a week’s stay - 2 adults and 2 children (11&12yrs). The villa was big enough for all of us. The pool size is great and along with the pool table there was plenty to keep the children occupied. We did have a car for shopping/airport etc but it’s not necessary. It’s about a 15 min walk to the shopping ctr. We’ve been to caleta 5 times now and would recommend this villa. Great contact from the hosts - happy to sort any problems which for us were a replacement parasol and an extra tea towel. We would happily return. Thanks for a great stay.

We have just returned from a 4 week stay. Although we enjoyed our stay we were disappointed with the standard of the villa which is not a luxury villa as advertised. The pool area is nice but in serious need of maintenance. The fence was broken and flapping around, the pool surround was chipped and in need of painting and there were some loose tiles. There were pillars which had been repaired but not painted. The furnishings in the villa were of poor quality and the shower head in the on suite is held up with a screw. The whole place had only been surface cleaned and the bedding was only changed after 10 days. When we had a problem whilst we were there Richard came to resolve straight away which was good but the villa is in need of a makeover.

We had a brilliant 12 days at this very comfortable villa. From check in to check out, Nico and Peter couldn't have been more helpful. The outside space is just great! We had the pool heated so we could use it at any time and enjoyed the pool table too. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Property is OK but could use some updating. En suite shower slide held with string and crack in tray fixed with silicone. Large amounts of dust on ceiling fan blades which need cleaning off, paint flaking on internal walls too. There have been some exterior updates like new tiles around pool , but pool edges need repaint to complete the look , biggest issue was I received email from owner half way through my stay to state the pool heat had been left on in error and he had just noticed the mail he wanted to send me some weeks back had not sent , then tried to charge me for pool heat , I did reply to say I was not paying as I did not request the pool heated and asked if it could be turned off immediately. Owner then conceded as the issue was there fault they would not charge but it did feel a bit like trying to get additional money for something not requested. This and the location on the development (furthest point from town) means I would not rent again.

Spent a wonderful two weeks in the villa. Quiet space to relax and definitely enjoyed the pool to help us all cool down. The outdoor space was fabulous and there was plenty of room inside for us. Villa is located in a lovely residential area with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We explored the island easily as the villa is centrally positioned to venture north and south.restaurants.

We have been visiting caleta for the past ten years; always in villas. This is one of the best villas we've stayed in by far. The outside is spacious and spot on to the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. We dont hire a car but your a shortish walk to the atlantico or the taxis are very quick to come. Literally call as your ready to leave, fares are under 5 euro to go into the town. Best restaurant by far was El Patio Communication was very good all the way through. Hoping to visit again soon

Just come home from an amazing, relaxing week in this incredible villa. How anyone can give less than a 10/10 review amazes me. Great communication with the owner and the property manager. Simple check in on arrival and got shown round the villa. Then was told to get in touch if any issues and we were left to enjoy our holiday. The villa was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need. A very good folder left with plenty information on the local area if this is your first visit. Located in a very quiet area yet just a couple of minutes drive to the shopping areas. Would say a car is necessary to save on taxis but cars are cheap to rent for the week. The pool is simply incredible, clean and well maintained. The pool table is also a nice extra to while away an afternoon in the sun although we didn’t like using it too much in case the noise disturbed our neighbours. All in all an amazing property that we have already looked into rebooking for next year.

Myself and my family stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of April and we had a great time. The villa itself is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property managers Peter and Nico were great and answered any questions we had. The check in and out process was also easy and painless! The villa is in a nice quiet location and is only a short walk to the shopping centre. We’ve been to Caleta about 8 times now and know the area well and love this location. I would definitely recommend this lovely villa.

House was roomy and well furnished. Some areas could have been a bit cleaner but the management company blamed this on the Calima!! Pool was spotless and was cleaned again during our stay, it was heated to a lovely temperature which we had paid extra for. The only thing that could be better is by providing mosquito nets on the doors and windows. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom but we couldn’t open the windows due to the mosquitoes

La villa est conforme au descriptif, au calme (proche de l'aéroport mais le trafic n'est pas trop gênant) et bien située (nécessité d'avoir une voiture quand même). Piscine et terrasse agréables, équipement cuisine correct, bonne literie.

No aircon, dated family bathroom, could do with some tlc, had issues with pool cleaning which were resolved on day 3. Stayed in x5 different villas in same area all of which are superior in quality but equally priced. Still enjoyed our stay as the area is like home.🍺

Lovely spacious villa in good location, had all we needed for the week but could have done with some oven gloves and a better dust pan and brush. Beds comfy had good nights sleep whilst there but bit disappointed that I had to strip the beds when I paid a service charge? Also didn’t like the fact that the pool cleaners let them selves into the garden twice while we were there to clean the pool felt like it was an invasion of our privacy, would have preferred them to ring the gate buzzer, good job I don’t sunbathe topless ! All in all a nice break and would recommend this villa.

Our stay was lovely. Quite a bit away from happy centre etc,maybe about a 45 min walk however only 5 euro in a taxi. Villa was lovely, needing a slight refresh in areas. Our children loved the pool, however day 5 it went a green colour but the pool guy was out the next morning to fix it. Nothing was too much hassle and Peter even came to our rescue when the taxi driver wouldnt listen to my directions on arrival, thank you Peter.
