Een plek voor jezelf

Je hebt het gehele appartement helemaal voor jezelf en deelt het alleen met je reisgezelschap.

Appartement met één slaapkamer op rustig, vriendelijk complex met gemeenschappelijk zwembad.

Ons appartement met één slaapkamer is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen - slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en badkamer op de bovenverdieping, daarna woonkamer, keuken en kleine badkamer beneden.

Het bevindt zich in een goed onderhouden, vriendelijk en rustig complex met een verwarmd zwembad. Er wonen een mix van eigenaren en mensen die een vakantie huren. Ons balkon ziet het grootste deel van de dag in de zon en is een heerlijke plek om te dineren of iets te drinken.

De bank in de woonkamer is een slaapbank. De keuken is geschikt voor 2-4 personen en heeft ook een kleine stand-alone oven. Er is een wasmachine in een kast buiten onze keukendeur en een patio aan de achterzijde. We hebben handdoeken, beddengoed, enz. In uw appartement voor uw verblijf.

Caleta de Fuste is een geweldig stadje met veel geweldige plekken om te eten en te drinken. Ons appartement is mooi en centraal - dicht bij bars en restaurants en op vijf minuten lopen van het belangrijkste commerciële centrum met meer bars en restaurants om uit te kiezen. We zijn 5 minuten lopen van het strand van Caleta, of aan de overkant van de weg is ons appartement een doorgang naar een pittoresk kustpad van 15 minuten om naar het strand en de haven op een andere manier te gaan.

Het appartement is ideaal voor koppels, jonge gezinnen of golfuitstapjes, als er iets is dat u zou willen weten met betrekking tot het appartement, complex, resort, lokale omgeving of golfbanen, aarzel dan niet om contact met ons op te nemen.

Lovely place to stay, unfortunately we were unable to use the outside space at the rear of the property due to work being done on the property next door. Washing ended up being covered in sawdust. The owner did not know that the builder was going to be doing work.

Fabulous stay
We stayed in the apartment two adults and two children and everything was great, really clean and had everything we needed. The apartment complex was excellent too, nice pool area, a little chilly on the first two days which were early twenty’s but once the weather warmed up to late twenty’s the pool temperature was lovely and the kids were in there for hours. The other people in the other apartments who are mostly either residents or regular guests were really friendly and very welcoming of our children despite them being the only children there. The location is excellent, shops nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants and children’s parks too. The beach is also a very short stroll and is great too. Overall a really great stay in a great apartment and excellent location.

A peaceful and restful place
this was a very quiet family location in a secure gated location. there is a small communal pool and sunbathing area. the property was clean and tidy with all mod cons including cooling fans. it is convenient for the nearby seaside promenade and a 10 minute stroll from the harbour and beach.

Just ok
We waited an age for a taxi which I called the manager about immediately but when we got there the guy who met us was not in a good mood about having to wait so he rushed us in and basically gave us no information on how things worked or where things were. The apt itself was well equipped but I have to say the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floor throughout the apt obviously hadn't been washed as there was dirt and dust throughout on the floors and skirting boards ect. There was ants on the worktops when we arrived and although spray was provided there is obviously a problem as there were lots on our arrival. As I said the apt itself was well equipped so this is no reflection on the owners but I would advise looking at the management/cleaning company used.

Great apartment for cooler weather
We have stayed in the apartment before in November. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location. The outside areas are really lovely for sunbathing or just sitting in. The only downside is that it doesn't have air con, there are fans but it does get extremely hot when the weather is in the high 30s. I would stay again in cooler months.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was ideal for all day sun, perfect for beach shops and restaurants. The only downside was the apartment could do with a makeover doors don’t shut properly and the kitchen needs tidying up. One of six best apartments on the complex, very quiet and secluded. Ideal for shops, supermarket, restaurants and coastal walk. Apartment had all day sun on 1st floor balcony all day. On first impressions, kitchen was very dated. The apartment floods when heavy rain occurs via the back door, this happened once during our stay and took two hours to mop up, and the rest of the day to dry out. The mattress needs replacing urgently as several springs have come through the padding, causing one of us to sleep on the sofa bed which was also uncomfortable.

Great apartment and very well equipped for your holiday. Having a washing machine was also a great bonus. the upper terrace was lovely to sit on at night and great for stargazing. Fantastic location for all local amenities, bars & restaurants. Lovely quiet complex that was very well maintained with great area for sun bathing. Great communication with Phill too.

Great apartment … very well equipped and was perfect for me and the wife for a week. Few minutes walk to nearest supermarket and less than 10 mins to the beach. UK channels handy on TV. Overall a really great stay !

Property was everything as described, clean and had all you need, felt very secure as was holidaying on my own this time, very near shops, bars and restaurants, short stroll to the promenade, with a lovely views of the sea, had an enjoyable week apart from the 2/5 days off rain ,tail end of storm Hermine , phill was really understanding when the apartment was flooded, it was an interesting few days, but by the Tuesday it was like it never happened, all in all I had an enjoyable week

Communication with Phill during and after booking was great. Was met on arrival and shown to apartment. Apartment is in a quiet location and ideally located for the beach and town. Apartment was clean & tidy. The pool is also clean with plenty of sun beds. We will definitely be back next time we visit Caleta.
