Great staff and nice location. Building is modern and has all the amenities you'd need. Walking distance from station and has a convenience store with a back door entrance only guests can use to get in or out.

Not a very good hotel by any standard
horrible stay from the check in process to the final check out. The staff that I interacted with during the stay were questionable at best, the rooms were dirty and very minimalistic. Beds are extremely hard and bedding was discolored and appeared dirty. rust and mold was visible around the sink. very nasty

Nice hotel located a few minutes walk from aomori station. I came during the winter season, and it snows here more than where I am from (Canada). Hotel is a modern hotel with a nice bathroom and large bed with all the modern amenities you would expect. I enjoyed my stay. I wish it didnt snow so much so I could explore the city a little more. Would use hotel again when im back in Aomori.

Nice , modern hotel. Toto toilets/bath functional. Near food and convenience stores. 10 to 15 minutes walk to train station. Staff courteous and efficient.

Hotel is in good location, just a 10 minute walk from train station. Typical small room with okay layout. My only complaint would be the rock hard bed (typical of Royal Daiwa properties)

Hotel is perfect, very clean, location is few blocks from station with lots of restaurants around. It’s also got a Lawson downstairs that opens 24 hours. Bed is ok but great shower/tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kinjoro. The staff was friendly, the room with a garden view was very nice. We booked the room with breakfast and dinner included and found the food, as well as presentation and private dining room, excellent. Even though we heard other people in this ryokan, we did not encounter another guest during our stay. This ryokan is about a 7 minute taxi ride from Aomori station and within walking distance of Old Town. Disliked · Considering the cost of staying here, the one, small thing that bothered me during our stay was having to pay for a cup of coffee at breakfast

Connected with a 24-hr Lawson so convenient! Quick check-in with friendly and welcoming hotel staff. The room is of an average size with a bit of seaview of the Aomori Bay. Surprisingly the bathroom is quite spacious with a big bathtub~ It takes around 10 mins of walk from the Aomori Station. The route is mostly sheltered so dun worry about raining (or snowing if you come in winter). Many dining options around, and closed to the new shopping mall Three

I stayed one night--and it was all wonderful. The hotel seems very new, and the amenities were comprehensive. The room was clean and mine, including the bath/shower, was spacious. Unexpectedly, my room was equipped with a massage chair that was quite nice, and there was also a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom. Checking in/out was easy. Check-outs can be done on a machine. The hotel is located in a convenient place, a several-minute walk to the JR Aomori station. Highly recommended!

Hotel is close to the station, room was clean and tidy, rather a big room. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The only complaint is with the bed, it is so hard. I like a firm bed but this bed was so hard it was uncomfortable.

This is such a nice hotel! There are tons of food places around and it's a short walk away from Aomori Station! The bathroom was super clean with a lovely bathtub that had an amazing waterfall showerhead as well as a standard showerhead. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent location within a short walk of train station. Room was modern with a surprisingly large bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable but like so many Japanese hotels, mattress was a little too firm. Excellent dining options surrounding the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel! Good location to see views of the Bay Area. Has a convenient store and restaurant. 2 min walk from ASPAM conservatory which has souvenir shops and local foods. But in general the area is pretty empty with not many options for tourists. Nice stopover for 1 night just for the experience. Better to visit during summer festivals.

Nice comfortable hotel, spacious and clean. Japanese style design: Toilet and bathroom separate with deep ofuro soaking tub. Great location for shopping, dining, touring close to train station, Bay Bridge, Nebuta Museum and A-Factory. Convenience with Lawson's downstairs!

This hotel is close to the Aomori train and bus station, about a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping on the Main Street. We took the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Shin-Amori then transferred to the local line into town. We included the breakfast option at the restaurant on the first floor. Please note the breakfast menu is the same daily. But lots of options to try. Be advised restaurant requires you to use hand sanitizer first before entering, use plastic gloves when selecting your food from the buffet tables. Masks are recommended anytime not eating or drinking, and keep conversation to a minimum while dining. Rooms are clean and just right for two guests. We liked having the massage chair in the room. Quiet rooms, the only time we heard any noise was on new year’s eve when the local temple chimed its bell intermittently from 11 pm to midnight, and a few people shouting “happy new year” while shooting off fireworks for just a few minutes. Didn’t really bother us at all. The town is walkable, or you can take the bus or local train to get around to other areas nearby. Taxis are readily available. Overall I’m giving it an excellent experience and would stay here again. It was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed here twice before.

The great location and excellent amenities are the highlights of Daiwa Roynet Hotel Aomori. The breakfast buffet which includes both western and Japanese-style food was surprisingly good for the very little price we paid. We will stay here again when we return to Aomori in the future.
