'직원들 친절하고, 객실은 크고 침대 편안하고, 인터넷도 잘 되고 깨끗했는데ᆢ테이블 위에 기념일 추카 케익이 놓여 있었는데 개미들이 많아서 먹을 수 없었고, 여기저기 개미들이 많아서 음식들을 놓고 먹을 수 없었어요. 호텔 앞에 필리피노마켓이 바로 앞이라 생선비린내가 로비부터 진동을 했고, 욕실 변기가 계속 물이 세고, 욕조에 물이 세서 채워지지 않았어요. 직원이 수리 하고 갔는데ᆢ개선이 안되었어요~그거 말고는 괜찮았어요~^^'

'It is the most historical hotel in KK. Our suite room is still well maintained. It is roomy and decent. It's location is the best - right at the Gaya Street Market. There area a lot of dining options within walking distance. The only thing we wished it could be improved is the lack of flexible shower head as it is fixed at a very high position; otherwise, it is perfect, especially considering the affordable price. '

Good location to roam around the city. It's near Waterfront, shopping malls and local markets. Safe and easy to find.

Room was a bit small but clean. They didn't change the bed sheet but did change towels and room kept neat during the stay. Hot water and AC are available. No insects. A bit noisy since it's near markets and stuff. No fridge.

Zwembad prima en met mooi uitzicht. Ook een volledig fitnesscentrum en een eigen router op de kamer, dus prima wifi. Ontbijtbuffet geweldig en alles op loopafstand. Kortom: prima hotel.'
