'These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

'I really enjoyed my stay here; The room and staff itself were amazing and also upgraded my room and catered to all my needs:) The only thing is that it's a bit further from the main area so you have to do a bit more walking but overall really nice'

'This was my first visit to KK (and Asia!) and what a welcome the staff at CJ Residence provided. Given their location in the heart of downtown amidst the hustle and bustle, a first time visitor might have troubles finding the Residence. However, they sent me their whatsapp contact in advance of my trip, and subsequently sent very detailed instructions on their location. They also asked for my ETA which I thought was standard practice. Above and beyond was staff waiting outside the Residence with...

'Great stay! Clean, modern room and a good location.'

'Helpful staff that let me check in early :)'

Personeel is behulpzaam.

'Unit was modern, clean, functional. Jessleton is an excellent location, right next to the mall and near the jetty and waterfront. Beware of phishing. I received multiple whatsapp phishing attempts related to this booking - they knew my name, and when and where I had booked to stay, so messages were convincing at first glance, but were not legit.'
