'This is a great hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and always enjoy the stay. The hotel is in a great location-overlooking Lake Superior with lots of parking, nice amenities, wonderful staff and walking distance to downtown Ashland (good restaurants, stores and entertainment). I love the history of the place and with the updates it’s even more comfortable. My only complaint, ever, has been with other guests. This trip there were young children chasing each other through...

'Location'

'We had a room at first that had a VERY loud air conditioning unit that couldn’t be turned off. In the end the receptionist upgraded us to a room where the air conditioner could be turned off, so all was well.'
