'We enjoyed our stay but ran into a few bothersome things. We arrived over an hour after check in time & our room wasn’t ready. There was no apology, just a “give it another 10 minutes”. And when we inquired about the meeting place for a kayak tour we scheduled, front desk staff was rude. They explained the kayak tour was not connected to them even though the meeting place was at their property. They could’ve politely just pointed us in the right direction. They can deal with the kayak tour owner...

'Property was clean, beautiful view of the lake and very peaceful. Bathrobes were a nice touch, bed was comfortable & there were plenty of pillows and towels. Loved the deck and grill, while eating late dinner in the deck we saw a bald eagle fly in to roost. Saw bald eagles other days flying around as well. 'the slides are gone so it definitely can't be considered a water park. there was mud crusted on the stairs from someones muddy boots that was there all 3 days of our stay and the room smelled mildew/moldy'
