'Host had great communications, the area is very nice but remote with activities spread around. Property was exceptionally clean, but keep in mind that the rental is on the second floor and the stairs are very steep to access it.'

'They did not inform that the balcony or patio is going under maintenance and won't be accessible. When I asked what compensation you can offer, they said none since it's listed on the website. I said, it's not on Expedia and I even had a message exchange with the host - they did not mention anything there. Still they refused to honor anything and continued.'

'Place was just a described and perfect for a weekend of riding @ Bryce Bike Park. The trails were literally right outside the back door! So convenient to drop in, grab a drink and a snack, cool off in the AC, and then head back onto the trails. The remodeled condo was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. Everything worked as expected. Host was quick to respond and helpful answering questions. Highly recommended and we'll be looking to stay here the next time we visit Bryce.'

'The condo was in a great location, beautiful views of the mountains. We saw black bears everyday, which was a highlight of staying there. Nicely located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so either town has lots to do, or you can easily explore the National Park. Host was very quick and thorough with instructions. Great Stay!'

'Went up to Vermont for a music festival in Montpelier. The host was excellent and responsive to all questions within minutes of texting. Place was clean, quiet neighbors, with great proximity to downtown Stowe, and Montpelier. Burlington, was a little bit further west but, still within 45 minutes driving. Beds were enormous, comfortable mattress and bedding clean and fresh. Shaws and upscale Market 32 by Price Chopper were within a 10 minute drive in either direction from condo. Clean bathroom,...

'The TV's in the bedroom didn't work but for us it was okay we had brought our laptops. everything else was great.'

'We got a text before arriving that our condo was ready for an earlier check-in. The property was ideally located in Biltmore Village. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The management company had left a starter kit with coffee. The only problem we had was with the TV, we could’nt get the cable to turn on. We called and they sent someone out almost right away to remedy the situation. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Ashville.'
