'Room had a beautiful view from the balcony. We were able to park right outside the room. The room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, with a good sized bathroom. No breakfast at the hotel, but there were a few good options a 10-minute drive away in Penn Yan.'

'Het huisje was leuk ingericht maar vooral de vloer was ontzettend vies. We hoorden later dat dit komt omdat er ook honden in het huisje mogen. Toen we er wat van zeiden werd er wel meteen schoongemaakt met heel veel chloor. Het huisje is erg klein maar wel knus, geen ruimte om kleding op te hangen. Het keukentje heeft geen gootsteen of toaster. De badkamer heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. De badkraan hing half los en het bad heeft veel schade. '

'Beautiful bed & breakfast! Located not far from Norwich University! Super clean & welcoming! Cute pub with absolutely amazing food! We enjoyed all our breakfasts & LOVED the dinner that we ordered! Small but quaint town! Would stay again!'

'Best way to start your day. Breakfast in a basket. Loved it.'

'Clean and very comfortable room old rustic decor'

'The Inn is in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and a comfortable arm chair and good lamp provided a cozy place for R&R. The spacious common area & well kept grounds would be a very pleasant place to spend time with family and friends. I was advised in advance that the restaurant was not serving dinner, but the staff provided a list of eateries in the local area. I had a very good meal at the New American Grill. The breakfast menu at the...

'It was the most perfect room. Like stepping back in time.'

'Fantastic place '

'I had an amazing stay. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely perfect.'

'The inn is very charming on the outside and the grounds were very pretty in the fall. The inside is starting to look a bit run down. Our room was very small and also in need of a refresh. I expect more from a room when I’m paying $450 a night. The food was just ok. The decorations for Halloween, specifically the carved pumpkins were impressive. Overall I was a bit disappointed and I think it is way overpriced for what you are getting.'

'I am disabled & the staff verbally & mentally abused me. They were convicting me of outrageous actions so much so I am throwing up and can't even drive right now... i spent so much money to stay here... & I am so heartbroken....'

'Staff were very kind and welcoming. Folks walked you right up to your room. The tavern had a live musician, and the peach buffalo wings were amazing.'
