'The area was beautiful and there was no shortage of outdoor adventures for every fitness level. Whether it was just enjoying the fresh air and scenery, hiking the numerous trails, shopping in Helen or trying the ziplines and watersports. We did not like that the tavern hours and shuttle hours were subject to change without notice. 'Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. '

'The property is just as described, very homely. The area is very quiet , so you sleep peacefully. The appliances are very clean, especially the fridge. The pool and jacuzzi is a plus for the kids. The house alone is a vacation on itself. Another plus it is closer to most of the attractions. Great location overall, highly recommended '

'Location was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. We were not aware that the only access to the second story bedroom was a spiral staircase which was difficult for us to take up and bring down our luggage. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside areas however the chairs on the upper deck were not comfortable without some kind of cushion or pillow. '

'I highly recommend the Sky View Mansion as a wonderful venue for a family reunion. It is stunningly gorgeous--the pictures are accurate but even they don't portray how great this place is. So many details, so well equipped with all you need to host a large gathering. We will for sure come again, you should too!'
