'Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

'Beautiful new property. Outstanding staff from checkin to checkout. Nice breakfast buffet, and a nice bar/pub style restaurant attached. The rooms are small,(that’s Tokyo), but very very nice. Close to 2 subway stations! The Airport Limousine Bus stops here, very convenient.'

'Pro - Location - subway is at the same building Breakfast - very good Room - we were on 13 floor and view was fantastic and size was good. Hot spring - fantastic view Con - Location - it’s a bit far from center Staff - there was no service at all. You will need to go down to lobby for “everything” such as towels, pillows … toilet paper. They won’t do any delivery. Room - it got really noisy in the morning Hot spring - you need to bring the towel from your room. Will we stay here...

'Seemed a new hotel with a really well laid out room. Plenty of bench space, a couch, dehumidifier and the bathroom was fantastic. Wonderful view too.'

'Great service, very secured rooms. Location is perfect. Only takes you one stop to get into the busy areas. '

'Everything was fine and very good organised. Only the airco ventilators outside made during the night every few minutes noise. Be aware that you cannot check in before 3 hours in the afternoon Japan is very strict with this. The persons at the reception were friendly and tried to help you. '
