'This place was the worst place ever.
My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online.
The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. 'Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay.'

'First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all.
The rooms were clean upto an OK
level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all.
