'Worst experience ever have- The guy on reception denied to give me the room and then asked cash if I want to have the room '

'I complained on the same day that they gave a small room and also the shower was full leakage and it was so horrible to bath and the TV didn't work in spite of so many calls also they didn't attend I never book this hotel This hotel is not even worth 2 stars. Especially Front desk service is so horrible Very very bad and takes lot of time time to respond '

'This is a nice hotel pretty near to the Airport. Took us about 15-25 mts each way while coming from airport to hotel and the trip back to airport. Coming to hotel was in the afternoon so took longer because of traffic but not at all bad. The booking was handled by a lady at the front desk and whose name I have forgotten and I am sorry about that. She handled everything from booking the rooms, booking the van for airport pickup and also helped along with her team member to arrange for 2 cars back...

'This place was the worst place ever. My boyfriend and I arrived and had booked a Deluxe room with private bathroom...the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the listing online. The room was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the windows were jammed open and couldn't be closed, the towel rack in the bathroom was rusty, the bed was way smaller than described, the matress was torn under the sheets and the inside material was coming out, a light bulb was missing. 'Place was more money than it’s worth, sorry. Our booking said free breakfast but it was an argument with the front staff to get it even though I could show it on my email. The shower bar fell off as soon as I touched it, the shower was hot but came out as a trickle. You get a bar of soap and a towel but no toilet paper. At least there was air conditioning! We didn’t bother asking for breakfast the second morning we left.'
