'The house and yard provided a fun experience for those times we were at the house. It was also close to all the fun things Lava has to offer. A few things needed repairs. The water filter on the large refrigerator leaked, the grill seemed to have a gas leak, and the grease catcher needed emptying. Also, the fawcette handle in the kitchen would fall off when trying to turn on the water. Those things did not spoil our stay but needs some attention. We would stay there again.'
