'I booked a short stay, spur of the moment, and Peter was very kind and accommodating. He made the whole process extremely easy. The cottage is great! It sits right on Lower Herring Lake, so I had terrific views and complete lake access. The cabin is nicely appointed and has a spacious living room, and a very comfortable, cozy bedroom. The kitchen contains everything you need for your stay and the washer and dryer on the back indoor porch is an added bonus. I will be back!'

'We had the best time at this cute cabin on Lake Michigan for the 4th of July week. The place itself is exactly how it’s described and is a perfect location for a beach vacation. We did zero day trips (grew up on lake MI and have been to almost every place on the west side, if you have not, then it’s a perfect place for day trips). 'We had a great relaxing weekend!'

'We have stayed at this property in the past. It is clean and very comfortable. We enjoy the wrap around deck and the fire pit. The only improvements could be new furniture on the deck. The one chair was ripped completely thru. Also, needs a new shower curtain. Was very moldy. The beds are so very comfortable. Again, was very clean. We will be back again. '

'Cabin was stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was timely and included all information we needed for access to cabin. Would be great if in the future that there was a pull out couch for extra people or a blow up mattress. Plenty of room for 4 people'
