'Can not say enough wonderful things about this place. The location is of course fantastic. We were able to see elk just up the road both days we were there, but the property is also really fantastic. We really enjoyed waking up and watching the cows across the street from our window or on the porch while drinking coffee. And maybe best of all, being greeted by and watching the friendly horses next door. The house is beautiful, clean, cozy and well appointed. From the fully stocked kitchen...

'It’s a beautiful house, very comfortable and the owner went above and beyond to make us welcome. I appreciate that there were condiments, butter and water in the fridge. A coffee maker and coffee. A nice sitting area and dining room table plus a cozy eating nook in the kitchen. The decor was lovely. I will definitely make a return visit here!'

'We brought our whole extended family out for our son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Plenty of space for 16 of us and our dog Scooby. Beautiful property and weather. We enjoyed gathering together on the front and back porches and enjoyed the fire pit. David was very helpful and accommodating of our needs.
