'The stay was great. There was an issue for about an hour with the internet, but that is no fault of the owner (Remote worker here). I think certain areas like doors could use paint touchups. I am someone who likes to watch tv while in the bed so please put a small tv in the bedroom. It would be nice to have an extra blanket if needed while watching tv. Yes, I would stay here again. The gated group of apartments gets a thumbs up from me.'

'Check in, accuracy, cleanliness and communication throughout the whole process were all great. Location felt pretty safe, especially compared to other areas in the city. We used Lyfts mostly to get around - we tried the bus but wouldn't recomend at all (most locals don't use the bus either as we found out). '

'It was clean and practical. The only bad part was power was turned off for tree trimming pretty much a whole morning. Lol No lights in the bathroom. I totally get why and there is really no other way to safely do the job in a bucket truck with cutting tools around the power lines. Just a little heads up would have been nice. But the owner management were awesome and available for any of my questions. It’s the first time I’ve done this verses staying at hotels for business for 35 years but, I see...

'The studio was well-appointed and clean. The bed was super comfortable and there was very little street noise while we were sleeping.While we didn't do much walking in the area, we were close to all of the downtown attractions. The free parking in front of the unit was great - it was nice having our car close by. The host was great at communicating. BTW - we highly recommend the Sunrise Memphis for breakfast. Its just a block away!'

'Great place and location for us. I wanted to give 5 stars but there was a FLY problem. The flies met us at the door and were all through the house.A fly swatter was provided however there were so many it didn’t help and was annoying. I would like to stay again but I think the fly problem will keep me from booking again. If you go take quick strike with you. It works well for flies in my backyard.'

'This cozy space lets in so much light it greets the guest with open arms and gives a warm embrace when entered. The wall color is serene, and there are ample outlets for guests who need more than two sockets per outlet. Also, the proprietor supplies a blow-dryer--nice! And, finally, the location is central to anywhere a guest would want to go in Memphis. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in a place with a historic feel of the city.'

'A nice little unit with all the necessary basic supplies. Very safe because of the security gates. A real bonus to have a washer and dryer right in the apartmen. A good value overall!'

'This is a great place to stay. Nicely renovated with great little extras including books and wireless charges. Received a downloadable file that gave all the information needed about staying. Walkable to Beale street in the day. Short urber otherwise. Would stay again!'
