'Great location. The overall condition of the condo was very good. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning....it was 80 degrees the entire time. When we talked to the management company, we were told it was a "city issue" and no effort to change it. Also, no wash clothes, hand towels, or coffee to make.'

'Had a really nice stay at this property. You can tell the owners put a lot of work in to provide a nice clean place for people to stay. The kitchen feature was great to minimize having to eat out and location was great with a giant supermarket, cvs and walgreens near by as well as a really great restaurant the celtic house all walkable. Owner of property was very nice and and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely stay again if was in the area and the owners would have me.'

'The property was overall within a great part of Arlington and a decent walk from Starbucks and a few other local food spots. However, the apartment was not as visually pleasing as pictures indicated. It was spacious, but a few of the seating areas and remotes looked liked pizza sauce was wasted and spilled and another stained area on the dinner table that was not fully cleaned. 'This property was very conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, with many amenities close by. The apartment was neat and clean, and nicely decorated. The VRBO listing states 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, but this apartment only has one full bathroom. The washer and dryer (although available) are NOT within the apartment, but are in the basement of the building. The host was kind and very responsive. Our family would gladly stay again at this property.'

'The first morning we woke up 100 decibel jackhammer at 6AM in the morning and the stay went from there. Both Expedia and W-host refused to find us alternate accomodations. Stay away if you would like to get a good nights sleep. I will never stay at a W-host property again. Since Expedia was was not very helpful, I will take my business elsewhere. '

'We stayed during a short trip (two nights) to DC with the grandkids. While it's an older building, the unit was very clean and just as described. It was convenient to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping. It suited our purposes perfectly. Communication was prompt and clear. Note that the Metro can be accessed through the parking garage, so if the weather's not the best, very little outside walking is needed.'
