'Considering the local prices of hotels and proximity to where I was visiting this was by far the best place I could stay. Nice and comfortable for my family just enough room for us, clean, and easy stay! Will definitely book again if I’m in the area.'

'Check in was easy. Communication was easy. It's a quiet area, so probably no true concern for break ins, but only thing to suggest- the front door needs to be adjusted. The double door is nice, but the one side barely latches. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs. Small dorm fridge can be used. Extra blankets in closet and iron with board. Water pressure in the shower, and also sinks was pretty low. Heads up. Great location close to all amenities. Most we traveled for anything was 15 mins....

'Perfect for our needs - clean and nice. We could have used a kitchen towel. Also, note that there is a cot, rather than a Murphy bed. The pillowcases were missing if we had needed the cot, but we didn’t. Great location and super easy check in. Great host!'

'The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space for our group of 7. The quantity of dishes made us not regret bringing along a supply of paper goods. And there was plenty of parking since our group traveled in several vehicles. Sharing parking space with the guests in the mother-in-law suite was not an issue.'

'Used for one night, enjoyed the foosball table for a little bit, beds were very hard making it difficult to sleep after a busy day and traveling. The most important thing in any stay is the ability to rest well and it was hard. Check in was complicated by additional steps required by owner, including mandatory security deposit and picture of document. '

'The house was comfortable and super close to both stadiums. There is a Wal-mart right across the street from the Cowboys stadium which we visited a couple of times. If your primary visit is for baseball, football or going to the amusement park, this house is located in a perfect spot.'
