Beautiful independent house, bright with sea view, very central, a short walk to the city center and La Conia beach. Additionally, the apartment features free WiFi. Located in the splendid setting of Cannigione, a prestigious tourist destination just a few minutes' drive from Porto Cervo. Nearby is Mannena beach (Barca Bruciata), one of the most beautiful, with its stunning white sand dunes and extraordinarily turquoise waters.

This house is located in a small complex of houses, very private, immersed in the greenery of Mediterranean vegetation, the pastel colors typical of "emerald" constructions, and the azure/turquoise of the sea. It comprises separate independent entrances.

The main body features a spacious and bright living room with an attached dining table and kitchen, a beautiful kitchen with prestigious custom-made furniture fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, complete set of utensils, a large window overlooking the sea and the surrounding landscape. There is a large double bedroom, a spacious wardrobe outside the bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. A second large bedroom consists of a single bed and a bunk bed.

Beyond the living area, there is access to the terrace where there is an outdoor dining area with barbecue and various seating to fully relax and enjoy the wonderful sun of Sardinia.

The house is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. It is supplied with bed linen and towels and has a washing machine. In the surroundings, there are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world such as Mannena beach, Capriccioli with its charming coves; Pevero beach with its fine white sand and clear emerald-colored waters; Liscia Ruja beach with its pinkish sand.

A few minutes' walk away is the pedestrian center of Cannigione, with its restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops, pharmacy, tobacco shop, supermarket, amusement parks for children, and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Cannigione is one of the ideal destinations in northern Sardinia for easy travel, as it is close to the port and airport of Olbia (28 km), and in a few minutes, you can reach Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia, Liscia Di Vacca, and Palau.

The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is the perfect solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a dream vacation relaxing on paradisiacal beaches or enjoying the "emerald" nightlife just a few minutes' drive away.
