'The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. Our view was of the adjacent buildings rooftop and not appealing, so if...

'This hotel is in a very convenient location if you have anything going on in south Asheville/Arden. Don't be bothered by the fact that it's an older building. The grounds and interior were immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff was all super nice and helpful. The on-site Mexican restaurant was excellent and reasonable as well.'
