'I loved our huge room with private balcony onsen and the Japanese design of the room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were really good and for us more than sufficient in quantity. They have a rotating set of 3 different dinners, so day 4 = day 1, but for us that was fine. Bed was a bit on the hard side but I got used to it.'

'This was our second stay at this fabulous, historic hotel. Food was extraordinary and the staff is terrific. The maitre de was very welcoming and gracious. Front desk staff and support staff are top notch. Well located and just a very meaningful visit. '

'Yutorelo is located right along the main strip of Chuzenji Onsen, making it very convenient for catching the bus between Nikko Station and all the hikes heading up to Yudaki Onsen. The property itself is a very fun, young hostel vibe, with good WiFi and games (i.e. a collection of board games and ping pong), an efficient check-in/out process, and helpful staff. The view from the room and the lounge is also extraordinary.'

'I was surprised that the room had no private bathroom but had to be shared with the onsen at the hotel. Despite this surprise we had an Amazing stay and the employees were so helpfuld and kind - note that tre hotel is far from restaurants and the city and breakfast and dinner needs to be booked in advance '

'Equipe atenciosa e simpática, quarto e banheiro com um bom tamanho, café da manhã honesto, localizado a +/- 2,0 Km das atrações turísticas. Transporte público na porta. Tem que observar que os restaurantes da cidade fecham cedo (pelo menos durante a semana) e o transporte público também para de funcionar cedo. O restaurante do hotel funciona para café da manhã e só. Num dis chuvoso, que voltamos cedo para o hotel, dormimos com fome, porque o hotel não disponibiliza nada para comer e, não...
