Erg vriendelijk personeel. Geweldige tuin om te vertoeven. Heel schoon. Zowel diner als ontbijt waren geweldig.'

'The public areas were a bit dark and gloomy. The bedroom was hot and stuffy even with the windows open. Some furniture was quite old fashioned but the bed was comfortable enough. The food was OK but lacked better wine choices. The breakfast was a bit too greasy. Staff were friendly and helpful.'

'Very helpful chap checked me in, nice room, nice bathroom etc'

'Convenient location bang in the middle of Selkirk. Hotel has a nice bar and restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast very good but, at £35 a head, very expensive.'

'Vriendelijk personeel, geweldig oud huis, statige oprijlaan, prima plek en superieur eten, of je nou een pizza of a la carte eet, de keuken is super'

'We had an amazing time here. The hotel is beautiful and everyone was so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was great. The view was nice. It’s quiet. They have lots of games and there are some nice hikes nearby. Do yourself a favour and stay here!'

'Prima verblijf gehad. Heerlijke bedden! '

'Nice location, great facilities but very outdated. The maintenance is poor. No paint left on the outside and several rooms and corridors need updating. The staff is good and do what you expect from this kind of hotel. The swiming pool is old and a bit past its glory. Peebles is a nice place to stay but needs a update urgently'

'Heel vriendelijk ontvangst.
