'The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. 'Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. 'The house was great, perfect setting close to gunstock Mountain had room for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed not the owner‘s fault. Apparently the hot tub broke a couple days before we were to arrive and because of the holidays, they couldn’t get someone out while we were there to fix it'

'We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed.
