'Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.'

'It was ok, the bed and pull out sofa were pretty uncomfortable. It was clean. The location was as advertised. The only communication from the owner was the access code. Unlikely to stay there again with the other options in the area'

'Unfortunately my stay at this property was not a positive experience. Upon booking I was aware that there were stairs to the loft. What we were not informed of is that the stairs were a fire escape with an extreme incline. The stairs even shook when being used as well as the ninth step being higher than all the other stairs. My husband and I both felt it was a very unsafe situation and were not comfortable at all with the stairs. We had brought our dog with us, I had to carry my pup up and down...

'Kevin was very good to work with and communication was excellent. The apartment was exactly as listed. Nicely updated and very clean. It’s small, but perfect for my wife and I.'

'Everything was as described. It was a pleasant visit.'

'This loft is large, very well laid out and equipped. Very comfortable'

'This property is remote- there are attractions within a half hour drive, so if you’re hoping to walk to nearby places, this isn’t the one. Everything is much higher quality than I typically see in a VRBO rental. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up! The shower is nice and the couple who own the house are very nice and accommodating '
