Thankfully we had chosen thus wonderful hotel so although we were disappointed not to travel it was made enjoyable by the wonderful staff and superb hotel. 'We had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. 'To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend.

Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk around to see for themselves.
Go for the food and avoid staying."
